Truth Telling Tuesday's

Summer is winding down. As another season approaches, I thought I'd share some of my personal endeavors and what you all can expect from R.I.B. for the duration of the year.

As many of you hanka ve read on the Blessed Three: Two 9- year olds and a 19- month old, I am single and co-parenting with my Partner in Crime, the MadBlogger. Many people have said, "Were you guys even married for three years?" No, we were not but, we were together for all of our 20s. Our divorce was a mutual decision. We are much better as friends. As I said on my snap last week: "I am taking all of the lessons from my 20s to keep the peace in my 30s."

Maya Angelou once said: We delight in the beauty of a butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty." This quote is my life at this very moment in a nutshell. People will judge, question, interject and even assume that some of my recent posts are about my kid's father. They most certainly are not about him as he does not have Social Media. Remind me of the point of posting things about him when I have his number and speak to him every day.
