I recently had a pleasant customer service experience with Graco which I must share. I have the Modes Jogger Travel System which I love! A few weeks ago the handlebar snapped as I trudged down the front steps of my house. It took me about a week for me to remember to call Graco Customer Service to find out about my warranty. Thankfully, I registered the travel system. After following protocol and describing the damage, Graco sent me a brand new travel system! Whoohoo!
