Life during Pregnancy: 2nd Trimester

As you all may have noticed, there has been another hiatus. Yeah-  that is officially OVER!

Life as a mother and newlywed has been rousing. On August 17th, MadBlogger and I made ten months married. What can I say?  Marriage is a new journey for the both of us. In addition to being newlyweds, we are expecting our third child. Talk about blessings on blessings! We are all patiently awaiting 'Simba's' arrival in December.

Speaking of pregnancy and babies, I am coming towards the end of my second trimester. This pregnancy has been like no other ( well, I only have two to compare to). Completely against pregnancy horror stories, I will not share too much about my first trimester. I will leave that testimony for another post. By no means do I deem myself an expert on pregnancy or children but, I will offer some tips.

Here goes nothing.

Morning sickness remedies:
Do not eat and drink at the same time
                                                   Keep crackers at your bedside
Have room temperature ginger ale handy
                                                   Unisom is allowed during pregnancy

Exercise may be hard if you are having 'all day sickness,' it helps a great deal during labor and to keep off unnecessary weight gain

Be encouraged! Every minute of pregnancy will be worth the joy of motherhood.

Meditate, read, and if you are in your second trimester, talk to your baby!
