Happy and Blessed New Year !

The seasons of Advent and Christmas have come and gone. 

As we enter the year 2016, I pray that the brokenness of the Black community ceases, that my sons will grow up in a country that is no longer abusing our men, and that the church will be a hospital for the sick, not a place of damnation. Society has yet to evolve into such a thing whereas we, the people, open our eyes and change our ways. A shift has to come. There is no need for history to continue to repeat itself.

My continued prayer for the New Year is that humanity becomes open to positive change. 

May you all go into 2016 with self-love, joy, peace, and positivity.
